* Critical Data Recovery is for recovering files that have been deleted or lost due to formating the hard drive or due to physical hard drive failure and does not guarantee the recovery of the data. The fee associated with it is not a fee for recovering the files but the time spent trying to recover the files, as in some cases the files are not recoverable. In certain cases, I may retain the right to not perform Critical Data Recovery if a visual inspection of the drive shows excessive damage.
